One inbox for everything

Enquiries arrive on your website, your mobile, your business email, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. Six places to check is five too many, and it’s how things get missed.

One thread per person

Their whole history, in one place

The Facebook message from March, the quote you texted in April and the call last Tuesday all sit in one thread against one customer. Anyone on your team can pick it up and know exactly where things stand.

  • Every channel below lands in the same thread
  • Works on your phone, so it goes where you go
  • Assign a conversation to whoever’s dealing with it
  • Saved replies for the questions you answer twenty times a week
  • Nothing lives on a personal handset that leaves when someone does

Why it matters

The boring feature that saves the most jobs

Nothing falls between people

No more “I thought you’d replied to her.” Every conversation has an owner and a status.

Your data stays yours

Customer conversations belong to the business, not to whoever happened to have the work phone that week.

Records when you need them

A clear, timestamped history if a customer ever disputes what was agreed — and for your UK GDPR obligations.

Questions

Practical stuff

Does it replace WhatsApp Business?

It can sit alongside it or pull those conversations in, depending on how you use it. Most clients end up running everything through the one inbox because it means the history is in a single place.

Can my team have their own logins?

Yes. Everyone gets their own account with their own permissions, and Growth covers a small team comfortably. If you’re running several vans or branches and need routing rules on top, say so on the call and we’ll quote it.

Do I need to give out my personal mobile?

No — that’s rather the point. You get a business number that rings your handset. Customers see the business number, and when you finish for the day you can leave it in the app.

What happens to my old messages?

Anything already on a personal phone stays there — we can’t import it. From go-live, everything new lands in the shared inbox and builds from there.
