No. Building the site, writing the pages, connecting your number and configuring the automations is all covered by the monthly fee. We’d rather you judged us on month three than on a big cheque in month one.
Anything on your existing pages — prices, opening hours, services, photos, staff, a new testimonial. Send it over and it is normally live within two working days. Building new pages, redesigning the site or adding a second website is quoted separately, because that is a build rather than an edit.
Because we’re not rebuilding the wheel for every client. The platform is the same; what changes is your content, your automations and the pages we write for your towns. Our only interest is keeping you for ten years, and the way to do that is to be priced so that cancelling never crosses your mind.
Give us 30 days’ notice and that’s that. Your domain is yours and stays yours. We’ll export your contacts and your website content so you have them. The hosted site and the automations switch off at the end of your notice period.
