How long until I see results?
The website is live in 7–10 working days. Missed call text back and review requests usually make a visible difference inside the first fortnight, because they work on enquiries you’re already getting rather than trying to conjure new ones.
Local SEO is the slow one. Three to six months of steady movement is realistic. Anyone promising page one in a fortnight is selling you something.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. It’s rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice. We’d rather earn next month than lock you in for twelve.
Who owns the website?
Your domain, your content and your customer data are yours throughout. The site itself is built and hosted on our platform, so if you cancel, the live site and the automations switch off. We’ll export your contacts and content for you — you won’t leave empty-handed.
Is hosting included, or is that extra?
Included. Hosting, SSL certificate, security, updates and unlimited content edits are all in the monthly fee. There’s no separate hosting bill and no charge for changing your opening hours. Edits means the content of your existing pages, normally live within two working days; new pages and redesigns are quoted separately.
Is the texting actually GDPR compliant?
Yes, used as we set it up. Missed call text back is a direct reply to someone who has just rung you, which sits comfortably within UK GDPR and PECR.
Marketing campaigns are different: those are consent-gated, with opt-in captured at the point of enquiry and one-tap STOP handling on every send. We’ll walk you through what you can and can’t send on the launch call.
Can you work with the website I’ve already got?
Sometimes. If your current site is fast, mobile-friendly and you can edit it, we can bolt the missed call text back, review engine and inbox onto it. More often it’s quicker and cheaper to rebuild it properly. We’ll tell you which on the demo call.
